Hump Day

I am sitting on the couch, watching TV, and I really, really want to have a drink. Just one. And I can have just one, and stay under 1500 (allegedly the top end of my range to still lose weight) but there are tons of reasons not to do it. I can fit it into my calories Friday night...and my next free day....but not tonight. Thank goodness for blogging just now....keeping me accountable.

It's also saving money to not open another bottle of wine.

I did discover a fabulous new recipe for dinner. I am doing really well during the day on my calories. The evenings are the tough part. I'm really used to hanging here on the sofa with a drink. And there are oreos in the pantry.

But I also know that these are the habits that got me into the extra weight I want gone.

Man I wish exercise were more valuable in weightloss....I have been having some great workouts!

I did get a battery for the scale...so tomorrow I get to see how bad I have been over the weekend and Monday.

Weight: Unknown due to lack of battery.
Exercise: 3.5 mile run (some with the dog) 1-mile dog walk, 2.2-mile bike ride home from the office. (I also moved so much more at the office today than usual.)
Calories: 1400

Excellent! Stay STRONG!!!

I'm the same way when I veg on the couch, so I try not to anymore. By the time I commute home, do the gym or a workout, eat, and get ready for the next day it's almost time for bed anyway. So I make myself get all that stuff out of the way and then "treat" myself with TV in bed ... away from the food! So far, so good.

Hope your weigh-in surprises you! You weren't all that bad, hopefully it's evened out by now. Good luck!
